Breakout was founded in 2017 by CRESCENDO1 to create all ages showcases for Vancouver’s up-and-coming hip-hop artists.

Partnering with Timbre Concerts in 2018, Breakout Festival now brings together local and international acts for the biggest hip-hop festival in Western Canada.

Past headliners and highlights have included Lil Uzi Vert, Juice WRLD, A$AP Rocky, Young Thug, Saweetie, Rae Sremmurd, Playboi Carti, Roddy Ricch, Schoolboy Q and many more.
